Job Title: Junior Admin, Digital & Website Operations Executive (Entry–Junior)

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
  • Website Content Updates (CMS): Create/edit product and content pages, upload images, maintain categories/tags, ensure copy and pricing are accurate.
  • Digital Admin: Maintain content calendars, track tasks, file assets, manage shared drives, and keep documentation/process checklists up to date.
  • Catalogue Hygiene: Assist with listing intake, SKU creation, data entry/cleanup, and periodic audits for broken links, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
  • Basic QA & UAT: Test new pages and features against checklists (desktop/mobile), log bugs, retest fixes, and verify forms, search, and checkout flows.
  • Asset Management: Resize/rename images, apply simple optimisation, and ensure consistent naming conventions and metadata (alt text).
  • Operational Support: Triage website tickets, escalate to vendors/engineers, follow up on SLAs, and update stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Trust/Safety Admin: Help maintain PDPA/Privacy pages, house rules, and report suspicious listings for review.
  • Analytics Basics: Pull simple weekly reports (traffic, top pages, errors), note anomalies, and compile screenshots into a short summary.
  • Email & Social Support (light): Prepare draft newsletters, update subscriber lists, and schedule basic posts using provided copy/assets.
  • Documentation: Keep SOPs current for routine tasks (e.g., “how to publish a listing,” “image specs,” “redirects checklist”).
  • Site Upkeep: Monitor uptime and forms using simple tools, record incidents, and help implement quick fixes (e.g., redirects).
Requirements (Must-Have)
  • Some experience with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and grammar; comfortable with structured data entry.
  • Basic understanding of website structure, links, files, and image handling.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for lists, audits, and simple reports.
  • Clear communicator; able to follow checklists and close loops on tasks.
  • Proactive, organised, and reliable—owns routine tasks and deadlines.
Nice-to-Have (Good to learn on the job)
  • Basic HTML/CSS familiarity (edit existing blocks, fix simple formatting).
  • Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4) or similar and URL tagging (UTM).
  • Simple image editing (e.g., crop/resize in Canva/Figma/Photoshop).
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and documentation (Notion/Confluence).
  • SEO fundamentals (titles, meta descriptions, alt text, redirects).
  • E-commerce experience (product listings, variants, inventory basics).
  • Interest in luxury goods/collectibles is a plus.
