Junior Admin Assistant

Overview

This full-time Junior Admin Assistant position at GMC Capital Pte Ltd offers an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the heart of Raffles Place, Singapore's central business district. In this critical role, you will be an integral member of the administrative team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support, including filing, document management, and data entry
  • Assisting with event coordination, including scheduling, venue booking, and catering arrangements
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the workspace is well‑organised
  • Performing ad‑hoc tasks as requested by the management team
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Minimum A-Level (STPM- Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia) or Polytechnic Diploma. Entry‑level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
