Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a finance professional to manage daily operations, including payments and reconciliations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily finance operations including payments and transactions.
  • Prepare and send bills to customers.
  • Ensure accurate recording of accounting entries.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification Required : Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

Required Skills and Experience

You need to have a passion in client service and you have a good eye for details. You should enjoy continual learning and is often excited over new technologies.

  • Knowledge of SAP software a plus.
  • Process an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to speak and write in fluent English.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Team attitude and ability to work with a variety of skillsets and autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented, organized with solid time-management experience and able to work under time pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Daily finance operations (include payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions).
  • Prepare bills and send to customers
  • Timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into accounting system.
  • Posting of month-end closing journal entries.
  • Perform month-end accounting schedule
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly VAT reconciliation for submission
  • Support year end audits
  • Other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
