The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred but fresh graduates are also welcomed. Proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus but not always required.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed too!

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents, invoices, and statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor accuracy.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal departments for financial data.
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist in processing payroll when needed.
