Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, payments, and multi‑currency bank reconciliations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
• Maintain investment and inter‑company schedules, ensuring timely updates of movements and settlements.
• Assist with hotel accounting, including room revenue postings, guest billing, and expense allocations.
• Prepare GST workings and quarterly submissions, ensuring compliance with IRAS requirements.
• Assist in maintaining fixed asset registers and performing variance or expense analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in investment, group, or hotel accounting.
• Experience with Xero and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiar with Singapore accounting, GST, and regulatory filings (IRAS, ACRA).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
