About the Role: We are looking for a Junior Account Executive (Finance) to join our Finance & Accounts team. In this role, you will handle key accounting functions such as AP, AR, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoice processing and payment follow-ups
  • Assist in month-end closing, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare payment vouchers/petty cash claims
  • Support preparation of financial statements, GST submissions, and audit schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track outstanding receivables
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Provide general finance and administrative support as assigned
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh grads welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero) is an advantage
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
