A global leader in mobility solutions located in Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to develop service strategies and manage existing and new customer relationships. Mobility is the goal
Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio.
Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements preferences and pain points.
Gather and analyse customer feedback needs and requirements
Propose solutions and sales presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head-on.
Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals including :
Participate in open tenders and prepare all necessary documentation for submission.
Review customer-issued contracts for special terms and conditions that differ from company standards.
Act as a liaison between operations and commercial teams.
Support digital business initiatives and transformation efforts.
Stay current with industry trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts leverage resources and maximize sales opportunities to align service delivery with contract terms.
Assist Credit Control Executive in pursuing overdue payments.
Prepare monthly reports such as :
Ensure compliance to Schindler Organizational Norms policies procedures and requirements of the Sales process.
Mobility needs you
Diploma or Degree in Business Engineering or related field.
Experience in service sales contract management or customer relationship roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
