A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Jewellery Retail Associate to educate clients about diamonds and assist with ring designs. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in high-end retail and be available to work retail hours, including weekends. This role offers a salary range of SGD 3,800 - 4,500 with opportunities for training and development.

• Min 1 year experience in High-End Retail.
• Able to work Retail Hours & both weekends/PH.

Responsibilities

• Take clients through a 1.5-2 hr educational session about diamonds.
• Assist clients in choosing ring designs and customization options.
• Deliver high-quality product demos during training.
• Ensure smooth client experience, managing delivery timelines and follow-ups.
• Greet and assist clients with collections.

Overview

Jewellery Retail Associate

Location: Orchard

Working days & time: 6 days | (9.30am-8pm - Mon - Sat) / (9.30am - 7pm - Sun/PH)

4 days off per month

Salary: $3,800 - $4,500

Responsibilities

• We operate largely on an appointment basis, where we take our clients through a 1.5-2 hr education session about diamonds, to create awareness about the diamond retail industry.
• These appointments also include helping clients choose their ring designs and helping them with customization options for their ring designs.
• You will be trained to deliver a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients, throughout the first 3 months.
• You will also be expected to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments.
• You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth flow for our clients, including responsibilities such as ensuring the diamond’s delivery timeline, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up with their enquiries.
• This includes greeting and ushering, helping clients with their collections, and many more interactions.
