Key Responsibilities

Jewellery Design and Sales:

  • Provide personalised consultations and help clients on custom design requests based on their preferences and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and fostering loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the jewellery inventory, including gemstones, precious metals designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and communicate product details and benefits effectively to clients.

Clienteling and Relationship Building:

  • Implement clienteling strategies to build long‑term relationships, maintain a customer database, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Proactively reach out to clients for special occasions or promotions, ensuring a tailored customer experience.

Store Operations and Teamwork:

  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining an organised environment.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, especially concerning customer data privacy and ethical practices.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, coordinating with colleagues on promotions and events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Product Design, Fashion, or related disciplines (final‑year students welcome to apply)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales roles
  • Strong interest in jewellery, customer service, and design storytelling.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and eager to learn sales techniques. Attractive commissions rates and quarterly incentives available!
  • Proactive, well‑groomed, and reliable team player.
  • Able to commit to weekend and retail hours, 5‑day work week.
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) or social media is a bonus but not essential.
