Job summary

NCS is seeking a Java Software Engineer (Full Stack) to design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end applications across frontend and backend technologies for client engagements in Singapore. You will participate in cross-functional teams at multiple client sites to deliver high-quality software aligned with business requirements and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in developing and delivering application software.
• Experience working in enterprise or government systems environments is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse functional and technical requirements and translate them into application design and program specifications.
• Design, develop, test, enhance, and maintain application modules and components in line with standards.
• Ensure codes comply with security guidelines and best practices.
• Investigate errors and perform testing for correct and efficient system operation.
• Participate in system integration activities and technical discussions for end-to-end alignment.
• Collaborate with system analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Support system testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
