Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance backend services and APIs using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Work on distributed systems, microservices, messaging frameworks, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate banking requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement secure coding, performance tuning, and best practices aligned with banking standards.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Core Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, API Gateway, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP – good to have).
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Messaging frameworks like Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS/MQ.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.
• Good grasp of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
