Job summary

Network For Electronic Transfers (S) (BCS) seeks an Application Developer to design, prototype, and deliver scalable Java and web applications on AWS and on‑premises, supporting delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on coding, strong knowledge of Java tech (Spring Boot/Spring Batch), ReactJS/Angular, and AWS services; fresh graduates with solid skills are welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building and managing critical applications.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support including prototyping and coding.
• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Build Java and Web applications on AWS and On-premises.
• Support build, deployment, and testing phases.
• Ensure compliance with security and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct performance and capacity assessments.
• Deep dive and solve engineering problems.
• Develop and maintain expertise in Java technologies (Struts, Spring Boot / Spring Batch), Tomcat, Oracle 19c, React JS, ServiceNow and AWS services.
