Japanese Electronic Components company looking for Senior Sales Executive with sales activity in ASEAN region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers. (80%)
  • Find new clients and promote new business. (20%)
  • Liaise with several factories (Japan, China and Malaysia)
  • Work closely with sales coordinators and support inventory control.
  • Respond to RFQ.
  • Work closely with global teams for quote and QBR.
  • Business trip to ASEAN countries (e.g., Malaysia, Philippines) approx one trip per month 2-3 days.
  • Other related tasks as instructed by superiors.
Job Requirements
  • 5-10 years of working experience and deeply understanding in electric component industry (Electronics). (Preferred)
  • Working experience as Sales. (Preferred)
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • English Language Proficiency (Business level) for communicating with English speaking employees and clients.
  • Japanese Language Proficiency (Preferable equal to or greater than Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1) for communicating with Japanese speakers at headquarters and factory.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Responsible, and able to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
  • Responsive and able to work under fast‑paced environment.
  • Meticulous and good at managing data.
