• Monday to Friday (7 45 pm to 5 15 pm)
• Basic Salary: Up to $3500
• Language Allowance: $550
• Incentive: $200 - $300

Membership Advisor (Japanese Speaking)

Work from home fully after probation.

• This job will follow Japan hours, Office hours and fully Work from Home.

Job Description

• Handle inbound calls within corporate service levels.
• Assist customers in vacation planning and worldwide hotels reservations.
• Answer customer enquiries and resolve customer care issues.
• Optimize booking opportunities and promote member retention and loyalty.
• Answer emails with accuracy, clarity and simplicity in a customer‑friendly manner.
• Works cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed and member satisfaction achieved.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher.
• 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with travel related reservation system will be an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Required language(s): This role is expected to communicate to English with internal stakeholders and Japanese with Japanese speaking guests/clients located overseas/Japan counterparts.
