Job description
Japanese speaking customer Service [Interpreter/ Up to $4,5k]

Responsibilities:

  • Handling reception-related duties for customers (This center takes appointments system, so it is necessary to provide one-on-one service)
  • Explaining treatment details and costs to customers (this is not a sales role).
  • Coordination/collaboration with agencies.
  • Cleaning the center, preparing supplies and equipment, and serving tea to customers.
  • General administrative duties for the store
  • Accompanying and interpreting for executives visiting from Japan
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as reception or customer service
  • Proficiency in Japanese and Chinese for liaising with Japanese and Chinese speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Possess hospitality and customer service skills
  • The ability to accommodate shifts until 10 PM or 11 PM, and work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy skills

Advantage:

  • Experience in reception duties is an advantage
  • Experience in retail, cosmetics, or the beauty industry is an advantage
  • Experience in interpretation is a definite advantage
  • Experience working with VIP clients is an advantage
