As our Customer Success Manager, you won’t just manage accounts — you’ll be the trusted partner guiding our customers to achieve their goals and unlock the full potential of our platform. You’ll meet customers regularly — both virtually and face-to-face — to strengthen relationships and ensure they get maximum value from our solution.

What you’ll do
  • Build and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Be the go-to contact post-onboarding, developing strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Meet customers in person and online for ongoing relationship-building, training, and strategic discussions
