Job summary

A leading restaurant group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will ensure service excellence, support team development, and manage dining operations effectively. This role offers a competitive salary, with working hours of 6 days a week, from 11 am till closing.

We are looking for a committed and hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team and elevate the guest experience.

📍 Location: Central
💼 Position: Supervisor
💰 Salary: Up to $3,600 (based on experience)
🕒 Working Hours: 6 days/week, 11am till closing
(Note: Role does not include OT allowance)

⭐ What You’ll Do
  • Ensure top‑tier service standards and smooth daily dining operations

  • Support achievement of monthly F&B revenue targets

  • Handle billing matters, settlements, voids and corrections according to SOPs

  • Maintain strong menu knowledge including specials and wine list, coordinate closely with the Head Chef

  • Lead by example—be present on the floor and take a hands‑on approach

  • Assign tasks to floor staff and monitor performance

  • Conduct weekly inventory checks and oversee equipment/supplies usage

  • Run pre‑shift briefings on service standards, grooming, menu updates and guest expectations

  • Partner closely with kitchen and reception teams for seamless service

  • Uphold punctuality and uniform standards

  • Support team welfare, development and training to build a cohesive, high‑performing crew

  • Handle guest feedback, complaints and enquiries professionally

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
