Job Description – ITSM Project Manager

We are looking for a ITSM Project Manager to lead large outsourced IT development and transformation projects. The role oversees end-to-end service delivery, ITSM process governance, project execution, and vendor management while ensuring high-quality service performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ITSM and service delivery projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Oversee operating procedures, team coordination, planning, and work assignment.
  • Act as the main contact for service quality, performance, and capacity planning.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, resolve issues, and drive service improvements.
  • Conduct regular operational and service performance reviews.
  • Manage contracts, vendors, reporting cadence, and compliance with service agreements.
  • Support sales in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations and project delivery.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 8 years project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM tooling migrations (CSM required).
  • Experience with security, integrations, SIT, UAT, and SDLC (Agile/Scrum).
  • Understanding of ITIL and service delivery best practices.
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Preferred certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum.
  • Proficient in English; basic Mandarin is an advantage.
