Job summary

A technology service provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled IT Technician to deliver exceptional IT support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain hardware/software, and provide user support. Strong technical expertise and experience in IT are essential for success in this role. Working hours are Mon-Sun, 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM with five working days, primarily at the Bugis Flagship Store.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems including Windows and Mac OS.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems on notebooks, smartphones, and tablets.
  • Install new software and hardware on computers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up after jobs.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT support. If you have experience in IT troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, and providing user support, we want to hear from you. This role will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience.

Working Location

Bugis Flagship Store

Working Hours

Mon‑Sun, 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (5 days week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems on notebooks, smartphones, and tablets
  • Install new software and hardware on computers
  • Identify and resolve hardware or software issues
  • Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Collaborate with other service centers and partners on repair services
Requirements
  • Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, and above or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS
  • Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
