Job description

• Position : IT Technical Support (Reverse Vending Machines)
• Location : Ubi / Client Site
• Working hours : Shift Hours (8am ~ 5pm & 3pm ~ 12am) 3 Days Work and 1 Day off (No Weekends/No PH)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 15 Days Leave + Commercial Vehicle
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Vending Machine Supplier / Maintenance

Main Responsibilities:

• Installing & Maintaining Machines: Installing new (Reverse Vending Machines) RVMs on-site and performing both routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensuring Performance: Monitoring machine performance, diagnosing faults, and managing spare parts.
• Collaborating & Reporting: Communicating with R&D and other teams to improve products and completing all required documentation accurately.
• Upholding Standards: Adhering to all company safety policies and ensuring equipment security.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• An IT education or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Intermediate Linux skills: Proficiency with the command line, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting skills: Ability to solve problems by analyzing log files and editing configuration files.
• Database experience: Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL, including using the command line to navigate and modify data.
• Hardware skills: Ability to use a multimeter for basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin‑speaking associates
