Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager (IT) to lead the conceptualization, sourcing, implementation and ongoing support of IT systems, enabling Care Corner’s digitalisation and cost‑effective operations.

You will provide business, technical and administrative support to internal teams, vendors and regulators, ensuring data protection, cybersecurity and end‑user training, while reporting to the Head of IT and Digitalisation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in information technology or equivalent with substantial IT project delivery experience.
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Identify IT projects aligned to Care Corner's strategy and initiate initiatives with measurable cost savings and productivity gains.
• Oversee end-to-end IT project delivery including timelines, budgets and change requests.
• Source vendors and manage contracts, subs, and internal billing where applicable.
• Create and enforce IT policies, standards and security practices.
• Provide team leadership, mentoring and effective cross-team collaboration.
• Support IT architecture and ensure up-to-date documentation and security.
