Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and management of Microsoft 365 accounts.
• Facilitate IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Design, automate, and maintain business reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Administer and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Serve as the point of contact for third-party IT vendors.
• Provide timely and effective technical assistance to employees.
• Implement and enforce IT security measures.
