Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.).
• Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Install, configure, and maintain software.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection, and access control.
