Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry as IT Assistant or IT Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Administer mobile phones and SIM cards, manage MDM enrollment.
• Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Create and process purchase requests for IT-related needs.
• Monitor IT ticketing daily, resolving within SLA.
• Maintain documentation for network diagrams and IT assets.

Skills

Network administration (TCP / IP, LAN / WAN troubleshooting)

Mobile Device Management (Intune)

Windows OS, O365 setup

IMS forms cycle familiarity

Ticketing systems experience

Education

Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Digital Technology, Computer Science
