Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage and support its IT infrastructure. The role involves daily health checks, end-user support, and documentation. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in IT operations and be familiar with RHEL, firewalls, and network setups. A diploma or degree in IT is required, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations / Application Support.
• Strong working experience in RHEL, Firewalls, and Hypervisor/Containerization.
• Intermediate knowledge on network setup (VLAN, IPSec VPN, SDWAN, Routing protocol etc).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily applications & system health checks.
• Manage and support company's IT infrastructure.
• Provide end user devices support for internal staff.
• Prepare and maintain documentations on IT assets, network diagrams, system configurations.
• Deploy application releases to UAT & Production.
• Liaise with customer's IT personnel to identify problems and provide solutions.
• Provide call-support and on-site support whenever necessary.
