Job description

This role undertakes projects related to onboarding new Manufacturing, Lab, or Shopfloor systems, applications, and devices. It requires working in a team, proficiency in Manufacturing systems, Lab systems, network and security standards and the System Life Cycle process, as well as effective problem-solving and communication skills to maintain high service level standards.

Responsibilities
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders and work with the team in assessing relevant solutions and their potential impact in the Manufacturing, Lab and Enterprise environments.
  • Work with the team to identify key business requirements and objectives to be achieved.
  • Execute local projects for new Manufacturing, Lab & Engineering systems/applications/devices.
  • Work with the cross functional team in the preparation, review & approval of the required documentation as per Company System Life Cycle Process.
  • Work with the local business unit the development of the project plan.
  • Work with the vendor and ISRM team on the required Information Security review.
  • Engage the Local & Global BTS Team to provision the infrastructure required to host the systems/applications/devices.
  • Update stakeholders on the project\'s progress and outcomes.
  • Any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering (Equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in Lab systems qualification
  • Good understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) as well as SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, DevOps.
  • Good understanding of the various systems, applications & devices commonly used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to exercise agility & flexibility in an ambiguous, diverse & fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player and have good problem-solving abilities.
  • High degree of initiative, ownership & collaboration to work in a cross-functional setting.
