Overview

This is a permanent opportunity to join one of the largest long-term projects for a government sector company by the end of this year. The job title is System Analyst, but the role will function more as a Business Analyst, bridging the requirements from users to the development team. The position also requires 24/7 support during the Go-Live phase of the project. You will serve as the point of contact (POC) for the system used in the project. Upon successful onboarding, you will undergo free training and certification on the system’s modules.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and optimisation of system.
  • Gather and analyse user requirements to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new features and updates in the system.
  • Develop user documentation and training materials for staff.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
