Candidates must possess a Nitec qualification or higher and be Singaporean nationals. This role involves both remote and on-site support along with installation and maintenance of IT systems.

Job description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for performing the below duties:

Job Description

• Level 1 IT support
• Remote or On-site IT support and maintenance service. For users and end users devices.
• Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems, and maintain IT equipment.
• User and device-level support
• Maintenance and updates
• Access and accounts for on boarding and off boarding
• Create or Update documentation
• Ability to work independently.
• Carry out all other related tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec and above holders.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Support
• Positive and Proactive mindset.
• Strong diagnostics and problem-solving skills.
• Good ability to perform manual labor with IT Hardware (components, PC, printers)
• Expertise in PC and laptop support.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office software.
• Singaporeans only (no quota for foreign candidate)
