Role Overview

As a IT Support Technician you will be providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring the IT infrastructure is running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security.
