Brief Summary:

  • Set up and configure new laptops and desktops for end users, including user profiles and software installations.
  • Handle the decommissioning of devices for offboarding employees, ensuring data security and proper documentation.
  • Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain inventory records by tracking IT assets and conducting routine audits.
  • Support users through the IT service desk by addressing Level 1 issues, resetting passwords, and providing remote assistance.
  • Enroll and manage devices using cloud management tools and contribute to security practices.
  • Design and maintain the organization's online intranet portal, ensuring it meets user needs and complies with security standards.
  • Participate in various projects or special assignments to enhance efficiency and support team objectives.

Requirements:
