Job description

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Diagnose and resolve IT problems in a timely and effective manner

Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals

Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect the company's data and systems

Document IT processes and procedures, and provide training to users as needed

Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement IT solutions that improve productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role

Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking
