Job description

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring IT devices (e.g. computers, printers, scanners, servers, switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls). Setup devices physically and install necessary software or drivers on computers. Configure devices according to the requirements of clients.
• Diagnosing and repairing IT devices. Troubleshoot technical issues for devices and perform repairs. Replace faulty parts of devices.
• Keeping track of work records and reports. Create helpdesk tickets for issues or tasks performed on the job. Maintain up-to-date inventory details of devices.
• Maintaining client relationship. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Provide satisfactory services to customers.
