• Experience in ITIL frameworks including Incident and Problem Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users on IT hardware and software.
• Manage corporate/customer IT assets including hardware warranty and licenses.
• Perform installation and maintenance of IT solutions and applications.
