Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a mechanical installation technician to support IT and AV projects. Responsibilities include assembling components, troubleshooting issues, and providing on-site support for system commissioning. Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in mechanical installation, preferably in IT, AV, or ELV projects.
• Experience in AV/IT infrastructure (racks, displays, projectors, structured cabling).
• Ability to read technical drawings and installation manuals.

Job description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Location: Kallang

Salary: UP $2800

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble mechanical components for IT and AV projects, including racks, wall/ceiling mounts, brackets, and enclosures.
• Support setup, alignment, and secure installation of displays, projectors, video walls, cameras, and other AV hardware.
• Troubleshoot, Installation and resolve mechanical issues affecting AV/IT system /System integration.
• Provide on-site support during testing, commissioning, and handover of IT/AV systems.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in mechanical installation, preferably in IT, AV, or ELV (extra-low voltage) projects.
• Experience in AV/IT infrastructure (racks, displays, projectors, structured cabling, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, installation manuals, and mounting diagrams.
