A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist. You will provide helpdesk support, monitor ticketing systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Candidates should hold a diploma in IT and have at least one year of experience. Knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus. The role offers shift hours from Friday to Monday, along with allowances and bonuses.

• Escalate critical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Conduct internal IT audits and training.
• Ensure compliance with factory IT policies.
• Manage IT onboarding/offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal IT audits and training.
• Ensure compliance with factory IT policies.
• Manage IT onboarding/offboarding, including account creation/revocation, license renewals, and asset management.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or related
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Knowledge in basic SQL
• Knowledge of manufacturing system (MES, WMS) would be advantegous
• Ability to converse in Mandarin for communication with stakeholders

Other Information

• Working hours: Friday to Monday 7pm - 7am
• Location: Tampines
• Entitled to Shift Allowance, AWS, Performance Bonus
