Job summary

A leading IT service provider in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide level 1 and 2 IT support to end-users, manage IT vendors, and oversee IT asset management. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Information Technology and have at least 3 years of experience in IT support. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, managing IT assets, and maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT support.
• Experienced in performing installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Ability to provide both local and remote IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to end-users.
• Perform IT asset lifecycle management including tech refresh and software license monitoring.
• Manage IT vendors and service contracts.

• In charge of providing level 1 and 2 IT Support to end-users
• Responsible in performing installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations, applications and other related equipment and devices
• In charge of providing end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operation
• In charge of performing IT asset lifecycle management which include tech refresh, preventive maintenance and software license monitoring
• In charge of performing stock take, asset management & update asset records for end user computing
• In charge of procurement of IT equipment, software and related products
• Responsible of providing assistance in the implementation of new end-user computing technologies
• Taking charge of managing IT vendors and service contracts
• Any other IT duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT support
• Experienced in troubleshooting minor IT issues and escalating to higher levels of IT support
