Job Scope

Provide deskside and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Manage Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD, Intune/SCCM accounts, and related policies.

Deliver prompt VIP/VVIP support and ensure service excellence within SLAs.

Perform IMAC activities, OS imaging, software deployment, and patch management.

Maintain asset inventory, device lifecycle, and support collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors; document fixes and process improvements in the Knowledge Base.

Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or Equivalent

5 Years of End User supporting role in Enterprise or Banking environments

Experience in Intune / SCCM / MDM tools

Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC).

Hands on skills in patch management, security hardening and device refresh projects
