Job Scope
  • Provide deskside and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD, Intune/SCCM accounts, and related policies.
  • Deliver prompt VIP/VVIP support and ensure service excellence within SLAs.
  • Perform IMAC activities, OS imaging, software deployment, and patch management.
  • Maintain asset inventory, device lifecycle, and support collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors; document fixes and process improvements in the Knowledge Base.
Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or Equivalent
  • 5 Years of End User supporting role in Enterprise or Banking environments
  • Experience in Intune / SCCM / MDM tools
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC).
  • Hands on skills in patch management, security hardening and device refresh projects
