Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to enterprise customers. The role involves administering the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and managing user lifecycle processes for corporate accounts. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Information Technology or related field, strong knowledge of networking and Microsoft Active Directory, and be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and effective Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to enterprise customers, covering servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and a wide range of technology-related inquiries.
  • Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem as a Global Administrator—overseeing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other core services via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning corporate accounts for employee onboarding and offboarding, leveraging on-premises domain controllers and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Solid foundational knowledge of networking, system configuration, and Microsoft Active Directory—including user/group management and Group Policy fundamentals.
  • Awareness of core IT security principles and data protection best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and empathetically with end users.
  • Collaborative mindset, with sound logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
