Technical Support
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to end-users.
System Setup & Maintenance
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
Set up new user accounts, permissions, and email configurations.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Troubleshooting
Resolve issues related to printers, scanners, monitors, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Security & Updates
Apply system patches and antivirus updates.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Documentation
Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and asset management records.
Create user guides or FAQs to reduce repetitive support requests.
