Job description
Key Responsibilities


  1. Technical Support



    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.


    • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to end-users.



  2. System Setup & Maintenance



    • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.


    • Set up new user accounts, permissions, and email configurations.


    • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.



  3. Troubleshooting



    • Resolve issues related to printers, scanners, monitors, and other peripherals.


    • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.



  4. Security & Updates



    • Apply system patches and antivirus updates.


    • Ensure compliance with IT security policies.



  5. Documentation



    • Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and asset management records.


    • Create user guides or FAQs to reduce repetitive support requests.
