Location: 540 Airport Road

Job Descriptions

• Provide technical support for the project networks, including purchasing, setup, tracking (inventory), maintenance, troubleshooting and audits support related to the hardware assets (such as laptops, servers and UPS) and software applications.
• Assist with planning and executing of project server room maintenance, including power shut down activities.
• Assist Cyber Security and Network Engineers to implement and maintain security measures to ensure compliance to internal policies and customers’ requirements.
• Liaise with corporate IT team on any policy and compliance matters related to the business unit or project networks.

Requirements

• Relevant IT qualifications such as CompTIA A+ and ITIL Foundation.
• Experienced in IT asset management and ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.
