Job description

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and Support for a financial client.

Responsibilities
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 10, MS Office, and other common software.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, projectors, and other peripheral equipment.
  • Deal with hardware and software support queries and issues reported by end users.
  • Engage with vendors wherever required to resolve issues related to hardware/software.
  • Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory via ITAM software.
  • Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware, and peripheral device operation.
  • Responsible for administration of IP telephony systems.
  • Responsible for administration of VPN users.
  • Work with other operation teams to resolve issues.
  • Travel between different sites in Singapore when necessary.
  • Perform other tasks as designated by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in IT Support or Information Systems.
  • Hands‑on experience on Windows 10, Active Directory, and O365.
  • Entry‑level network troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Strong communication skills.
