Job summary

A leading mortgage solutions company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide desktop engineering support in their fast-growing office. The successful candidate will troubleshoot critical problems, maintain internal IT infrastructure, and deliver regular support for IT applications. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, strong communication skills, and relevant IT certifications.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in IT helpdesk/ticketing system or technical support.
  • Some experience in networking setup and support is a definite advantage.
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular scheduled and ad hoc support for IT infrastructure and user desktop applications.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor & report on critical problems to the client.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure including PC procurement and setup.

systemsGo is now conducting interviews to fill the position of IT Support Engineer. This is a full‑time position in our fast‑growing office in Singapore, and comes with standard benefits. Successful candidates will work alongside our team of young professionals to provide desktop engineering support to our prestigious clients.

Responsibilities
  • Strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of design software, excellent
  • Provide regular scheduled and ad hoc support for IT infrastructure and user desktop applications.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor & report on critical problems to the client, Team Lead or Service Delivery Manager until they are resolved.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure including PC procurement and setup.
  • Utilize technical and communication skills to resolve onsite trouble tickets and end user support issues in an efficient manner and with a focus on customer service.
  • Support and participate other ad‑hoc Company's initiatives, assignments and projects.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in IT helpdesk/ticketing system or technical support role, supporting MNC preferred. Some experience in networking setup and support is a definite advantage
  • Pro‑active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
  • Good communication and inter‑personal skills, able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
  • Comfortable working in a team or individually
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
Computer Skills
  • Client system Microsoft certification
  • Windows 7/8/10 MCP/MCITP, MCTS/MCDST, MCSA/MCSE highly desirable
  • Office 365 environment
  • VC support experience on Cisco WebEx / Zooms Polycom etc
  • Windows Server experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft service (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO)
  • Networking experience (checkpoint firewall and HP switches is a plus)
  • VDI
