Overview

IT Specialist - EZ.M

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to ensure seamless operation, maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure to enable efficient and secure business processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT-related issues and software applications.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects including upgrades, deployments and migrations.
• Ensure security protocols and data backup procedures are followed to protect company information.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in general IT support and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT project and vendor management as well as IT best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards technology.
