You will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated solutions for the Advisor Platform, which supports insurance distributors in two key areas:
- Point of Sales: enabling the sale of insurance products
- Sales CRM: managing distributor relationships and sales pipelines
This role ensures that the platform aligns with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives, while supporting strategic initiatives across customer and distributor channels.
- Design end-to-end solution architecture for the Advisor Platform, covering both Point of Sales and Sales CRM capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures.
- Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps for the platform.
- Collaborate with business, distribution, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment with strategic goals.
- Evaluate and recommend platform tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pega CRM) based on business needs and technical fit.
- Lead solution design workshops and document architecture decisions.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems including ERP, data lakes, and customer-facing applications.
- Provide architectural oversight during project delivery and ensure adherence to design principles.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage technical relationships with solution providers and vendors.
- Guide development teams on implementation best practices and technical standards.
- Prepare solution documentation for governance and funding approvals.
- Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT risk, security, infrastructure, legal, and finance teams.
- Design and implement secure integrations with AI models to support intelligent automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
We are looking for people who
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Have over 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years in designing and implementing enterprise solutions, preferably in insurance distribution platforms.
- Possess deep domain expertise in Insurance, with added advantage for experience in wealth solutions or platforms serving High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pega CRM, or similar platforms.
- Are a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Have proven experience in enterprise security architecture, including secure data handling, identity management, and compliance.
- Understand AI trends and have experience in integrating AI models into enterprise platforms for personalization, automation, and decision support.
- Have experience in content management, DAM, social media management, and SEO optimization (preferred).
- Possess certifications such as TOGAF or familiarity with popular insurance models like Accord (preferred).
