Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Site Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software, managing IT inventory, and coordinating with global IT teams. Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience and strong customer service skills. This role is onsite and requires occasional travel to branch offices.

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years IT Support, Desktop Support, or Site Support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support for Office, Manufacturing, and R&D users.
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers, mobile devices.
  • Manage IT inventory, equipment assignment, and documentation.
  • Perform and verify system/server patching and security updates.
  • Support new hire onboarding with timely IT setup.
  • Coordinate with global infrastructure & security teams on IT standards.
  • Assist during major incidents and support on-call when needed.
  • Work with vendors for hardware/software procurement.
  • Occasional travel to nearby branch offices.

We are looking for IT Site Support Analysts to provide day‑to‑day support for users in Singapore and assist SEA & Taiwan regions when needed. The role requires hands‑on technical troubleshooting, user support, hardware management, and coordination with global IT teams.
