Job description

Perform technical maintenance and troubleshooting for the Video Management System (VMS), with a focus on Milestone XProtect, ensuring optimal system performance.

Maintain critical systems to achieve high service availability and meet operational performance targets.

Respond swiftly to onsite operational incidents, resolving issues in accordance with established SLAs.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures, ensuring work is conducted without disruption to production.

Proactively identify, report, and resolve system discrepancies, defects, and inconsistencies.

Prepare and submit accurate daily maintenance reports.

Conduct basic system and network troubleshooting tasks.

Undertake any additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnel or management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Nitec in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• (a) Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• (b) Basic knowledge of Windows servers and Milestone VMS system troubleshooting.
• (c) Foundational understanding of Local Area Networks, switch configurations, and VLANs.
• Able to commit to a 12 hour rotational shift schedule.
• Must be eligible and able to obtain the required security clearance for the project.
