Job summary
A leading IT service provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Service Delivery Team Lead to support their Service Delivery and Project teams. The ideal candidate should have a degree in IT or related fields and at least 2 years of experience in IT service delivery. Responsibilities include managing daily service activities, guiding engineers, and ensuring adherence to service quality standards. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure is essential. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service delivery, operations, or project coordination.
- Experience guiding or mentoring technical team members is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and technical support to Project and Service Delivery Engineers.
- Coordinate delivery of onsite and remote managed services.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects.
- Act as an escalation point for customers regarding service matters.
- Support improvements to workflows and delivery frameworks.
