Job summary

LPS is seeking a skilled Security Operations professional to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will manage vulnerabilities, conduct threat analysis, and drive security improvements with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and IaC security, plus relevant certifications. A strong analytical mindset and effective communication are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Operations.
• Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g. SIEM, WAF, AV, EDR, PAM, DAM).
• Deep understanding of vulnerability management, threat analysis, and incident response (IR) processes.
• Knowledge of secure network design, endpoint security, and system hardening.
• Familiar with ICT security compliance frameworks, cybersecurity standards, and risk management practices.
• Familiar with IaC security (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD security.

Responsibilities

• Incident Response Security Monitoring and management of security incidents.
• Conduct information security awareness trainings to cultivate a security-conscious culture.
• Stay current with threats, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence for cloud platforms.
• Disseminate advisories, threat reports, and patch recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in audits, tabletop exercises, and risk management activities to enhance IR readiness.
• Security Product Management and vulnerability scanning of apps and devices.
• Monitor security events on SIEMs; perform triage and analysis.
• Onboard and scan devices before connecting to the network to ensure cyber hygiene.
