Role Summary

The Sales Manager (5+ years of relevant experience) will own and grow the Singapore and regional pipeline, develop strategic accounts, and lead business expansion for our modular data-centre and related solutions. The role reports to the HK Management and works closely with pre-sales, engineering, delivery and finance teams.

Objectives of this role
  • Represent DCL Communication with deep knowledge of our MDC, UPS and DCIM portfolio.
  • Research market needs and articulate how our solutions address client challenges.
  • Build and nurture a high-quality pipeline of enterprise and public-sector accounts across Singapore and APAC.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Continuously develop sales tactics, forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
  • Drive partner and channel initiatives to extend market reach.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in data-centre, IT infrastructure or related services (MDC, UPS, DCIM preferred).
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Strong understanding of modular data-centre architecture, power-distribution and DCIM software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; fluent in English (Mandarin or other regional languages a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Ability to travel ≥20% across Singapore and APAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, build pipelines and forecast accurately.
